After merge or last hotfix (dunno) i lost all mails, not only the older than 20 days ones.

9's, I lost all mine, too. I think the "request to have old mail back" means that everyone lost it at merge and will continue to lose Hades mail after 20 days. Maybe I'm wrong about that, though.

Merge/new server really should mean all mail being lost, logically. Eg in test server after each reset the mail auto-deleted too.
Call it dev's slight inaccuracy writing the patch notes? It's not a bug.
