Crafting weapons for heavies and heros is messed up

I cant craft weapons for heros or heavies right now. The final window with the chances for each rarity doesnt pop up after I'll filled all slots with frags.

Appears only when I fill most of the slots with gl frags.
After checking my ressources I think the final window doesnt pop up when the ressources and or gold wont suffice to initiate the crafting process.
