#1 A Normal error message (none of the heroes can be assigned to the level 7 unit):
#2. *AFTER* the previous now we can't assign the level 12 hero to a different unit (now we can't assign the hero to the level 14 unit ):
Bug: After attempting to assign a hero to a unit that is too low level .... there is a temporary flag set .... and can't assign the hero to a unit that is a proper level.
The flag can be cleared by unassigning a different hero. Then both hero's can be properly assigned.
