visual bug: part of game screen "sticks to spot" during scrolling

For those that cannot view it: the resource bar get "stuck" during my scrolling, meaning that part will remain top even when trying to view links etc. Personal info has been removed in that pic btw, those are the white boxes.

has been like this for the last two to three days. Is it a plug in? Running chrome with the flash disabled as suggested by the issues with chrome thread.

I'm afraid that's a Chrome rendering bug. Sometimes I get this too only with a grey frame. Definitely not by our side since it even exceeds the game frame.

My solution is, close the page and re-open it. Refresh won't solve it
