As we the Dark Faction control all the mercenary spawn sites, I believe, as well as, contend that the light side should not have any access to mercenary units.

Second it is also my contention that the light side AI also should not be able to generate or have, or use mercenary units till they (the light side) control the actual spawn sites.

Please weigh in and let me know.
