Bug resolved. All fragments from broken items will be given to their owners. The problem was not that you did not receive the fragments, but rather that you couldn't see them in your inventory. A little patience and patch is coming up. | |

If you haven't refreshed already, refresh your client and the fragments will be in your inventory. | |
