Cancel a building upgrade

In the "Manage your City" window, i accidentally clicked on the cancel-button for an upgrade in queue.
-> it was cancelled immediately, via one klick
-> no query popped up (warehouse limits)
-> lost several resources

Please fix this bug and ofc i would like to get my resources back (without hitting the limit again).
