Resources not returned after auction removed/collected

I just removed an auction I had up for 5000 wood.

It appeared in the 'Completed' tab, as usual.

Upon retrieving it, the 'Retrieve' button greyed out, and the auction screen seemed to freeze.

Nothing happened for about 10s, when I then attempted to select the next item down to retrieve, the 'whoosh' noise played, and my greyed out wood disappeared...however the wood did not appear in my inventory.

I have had this happen several times before, though this is the first time i've noticed my resources being burned by the resentful market employees.

I seek no reimbursement, just making a report

And even more peculiar, in the time it took to make this post...the wood has been returned to me.

I did close/open the market several times before coming here and have still not refreshed the screen.
