Quest faded

Tried to claim the rewards from an quest -> "Blue Ring" appears -> Report Message -> Tried again -> "Blue Ring" appears -> Rewards counted to Warehouse -> claimed quest and also another quest faded -> questpage empty.

Its has various names:

Blue-fieryy loading ball
Famous blue ring;
The globe

Its basically the same as an hourglass on windows, its feedback to let the user know the system is processing a request. For battle conquest it means:

The graphical user interface in the browser has received a command from the user & sent it to the server.

The globe spins (blue ring; fiery loading ball) until the server responds (normally in about 1/10th of a second if the internet is fast; but way longer if there are internet issues).

That sounds like a lag issue 9999. The problem is that flash stops waiting for a server response after 10 seconds, while the server's response may reach your pc after 10, 15 or more seconds. So if the "report message" appears from that point there may be an inconsistency between the information presented and the information saved.

What most probably happened is that your second claim also claimed the second quest, and these two claims returned together.

That's a bug then. It should reappear though with a refresh.

I'm not absolutely sure, but i think it was an PVP-Quest.

Do you recall how many active quests did you have? Could it be the case that both were completed when this happened?

Only two quests.
The one i claimed and the pvp quest (when i remember correctly).
And as i don't play pvp's, it can't have been completed.
