Clarification Request on Kongregate & Armor Games Account

Not like my opinion on the matter matters, but I think BC devs should begin looking into more game worlds or begin making sort of a new feature for family members, where they can sign up to a max of maybe 3 accounts to one computer, however implement a rule that they CANNOT in any way shape or form play/trade/etc with each other.

But then again, the guy in this screen print seems to be all but saying he has multi accounts XD
