No error box when retreiving too much gold from mailed guild transfer

Bug description: There is no error box warning that retrieving the gold would overflow the warehouse (it silently does nothing instead)

The retrieve correctly detects the overflow possibility & does not transfer the resources until an overflow issue does not exist --- hence no gold was lost in this test.
