About the Guild vault.

I would like to know when vault option is going to be ready, because we need to help the guild members with resources and we can not do that for the moment.
Is it a good policy about new members, to be a poll option for the high ranked members, of the guild to decide if they want a new member or to kick an old one member.

1. If that is so, then why did we add Army Banners purchasable with gold? And why do we intend to add more with gold?

2. The players comprising the High Council would disagree with you...
