Dark army not blocked by walls?

Forty-seven minutes, the dark army has done 17% damage, but the walls have only fallen from 42.22% to 42.06%

#50 has  been busy building Supply for last 2 hours, 30 minutes, and 25 seconds (hence no walls build on #50 during time of first two pictures)

Level 9 walls block ("absorb") 26% Conquest points.

To quote from #2 above:

Summary: The dark army  has done 2,866 conquest points, 17% Damage to #50, but the walls only changed from from 42.22% to 42.06% (probably from the dark faction members attacking #50).

To block 26% of the 2,866 conquest points (that is 745 conquest points) would damage the wall 7.65% percent, I believe (not 100% sure on this, but seems pretty close, based on my measurements).

Clarification: This bug is to report the walls not being damaged --- and -- guessing --- some of the damage not being blocked.  Please, if this is a bug, fix both at the same time -- We has no desire for walls to be damaged if conquest points are not being blocked

I did numerous tests and triple verified that defenses are damaged correctly in all game modes. That ~17% came from the capital army. Defenses will not protect a region against a Capital Army.

Side Note:
Region 50 belongs to the set of regions that have 65% of the normal regional container value and hence can be conquered with less effort. A Capital army would not be as efficient in a region with a normal regional container.

Xargos, are you verifying that attacks from the Capital Army do not damage the wall?

I can verify that currently defenses will NOT protect against Capital Armies.

After a short meeting, we concluded to have this changed as soon as possible.
