Good evening,
Experienced an auction house bug around 11:10 PM eastern time on 15 Nov (United States)
Placed a bid for a GL banner frag with around 8 seconds left. 63020 gold. Auction House errored during the process, gold was subtracted and the Auction House shows the purchase in my history, but the frag never appeared in the completed section.

This is a bit unprobable of happening since such data is created at the same time.
Side Note: Please check if you have lots of items stacked up in the completed list, since only few are shown and the rest remain hidden underneath.
