Hotfix 13-4-2013

A few hours ago, we experienced a problem with the timer mechanism, which has affected all timers in the game (building upgrades, researching techs, crafting, etc.).
As a result, you may have noticed that buildings were not upgrading normally and crafting timers were showing strange values. Although the mechanism registered all the upgrades,researches,crafting etc. it wouldn't complete them normally. Using gems to speed up an upgrade would also not function normally. The gathering of resources has not been affected, however the Auto Collect mechanism experienced problems.

The good news is that none of the upgrades,researches,crafting, etc. have been lost and you will find that, after our hotfix, they are all completed by now.

The bad news is that you had to endure this situation for a few hours. We want to apologize for this inconvenience and assure you that we are doing all we can to avoid situations like this.

All users who have used Gems to speed up timers have been refunded. All users who had enabled the Auto Collect premium will be refunded 1 day and get 4 more days for free.

Finally, we have sent the devs responsible for this situation to our Dungeon and unleashed several Hell Hounds. Each of the devs has received a pink dress (-40 Armor, +20 Shame, +10 Dance) and a wooden sword (-60 Melee, +20 Use in Fireplace) to defend themselves. We will find out what happened on Monday.
