bug 1: i have bought a troll a took it for a ride after 20 battles he cannot be added to the army(some warning message), but you can still select and unselect and after unselection i get negative ap's.???
bug 2: i cannot disband used up mercs, the trash button is not present when the used merc message is shown.

Thanks for the report nathor.
The disband button is invisible only when you select the mercenary after a unit that was healing.
Fixed both bugs. The fix will be live at the next maintenance.
