Failed to upgrade

I spent resources to upgrade my weapon smith from lvl 6-7, it froze at 100% then when i refreshed it was back at lvl 6 and my resources were still spent

deadpool- His hero monument was at lvl 4 and he bought 3 heroes to prove it, but now its back at 3

I also had a problem where I upgraded my command center, it took the resources but did not go up a level. My IGN is Draykan on Kong.

Similar problem here, command center upgrading from 11 to 12 had 31 minutes to go so did a 30 minute speed up and went to battle. When i came back instead of it being finished it had started back at 4 hrs 40 mins or so. Not sure if this was an issue with speed up, or possibly where i'd had more command center upgrades queued earlier and canceled them to upgrade something else.
