Personally I'd like to see it, but the disadvantage to this is a big player overfeeding the little guys and making a bigger inequality that way. Could be abused but could also be very useful in getting items to friends and guildies who might need a quick boost for an upgrade.

I guess Contracts will have a similar function, since you can donate to the guild and then the leader/vice/treasurer can make a contract with the individual to "sell" the resources from the guild's vault.
