Give us ignore list that will prevent me from being matched in COOP or in PVP with the people I put there becouse there are seriously some guys (to avoid cursing and useing really bad words) that deserve to be there.

The only downside is that with a reasonably small pool of PvPers / CoOp players, you can very easily exploit that to artificially raise your winrate significantly. Just ignore all bad friendlies and ignore all good enemies.
I like it, but would prefer to see it after there are sizeable pools of players for those game modes.
