Do all units and all squads rotate at the same speed? Is it based on Speed or based on Reaction? Cavalry have a ton of speed but probably should not rotate quickly at all.
It could play a minor role in the game, i imagine Siege weapons wont turn quickly while light infantry would turn the quickest.
