diminishing returns on buying gems

Hello,

Why does the amount of gold you buy with gems diminish the more you purchase. My example is.

Lvl 22 ware house:

64 gems buys 16228 in gold or 253.563 per gem
194 gems buys 48685 in gold or 250.953 per gem
454 gems buys 113600 in gold or 250.220 per gem
649 gems buys 162286 in gold or 250.055 per gem

In my opinion it is like a bad Vegas/ Atlantic city slot machine.

What is the reasoning behind this model?

its not, its a way to show your support towards the developers, and get slight advantage in the game. Its people like you that keep the developers in their ability to work and continue to develope the game. People that dont like the idea of people being able to buy an advantage, should realize that no buyers would backfire onto the game itself.

The Gems cost for resources purchase are fixed in the store and not as you mentioned above. The bigger "package" you purchase, the more resources you will get for the Gems you will pay for.

A gem should purchase the same amount of resources regardless of quantity purchased, and my numbers my math are correct.

You get more resources per gem at the lower rate than buy buying more. I would like to know why the price slides against the user and not the other way around

Level 22 Warehouse

In game store:

90233 for 300 Gems (300/Gem)

63163 for 210 Gems (300/Gem)

27070 for 90 Gems (300/Gem)

9023 for 30 Gems (300/Gem)

My numbers are correct. divide for a level 22 warehouse 649 gems into 162286 in gold and it is 250.055469953775 per gem.

Resources is 1/300 and Gold 1/250. There was always a difference in the ratio between gold and the other resources.
