Slow loading times

All my loading times, for Solo or Coop are at least 5 times longer than they were before the new reward system patch.

This is over multiple browsers and multiple PC's & ISP's. (ie, Home & work).

Why is loading so much slower?

Is it for every match? This is supposedly to happen only at the first time and then the browser cache should make things a lot faster...

Will do some further troubleshooting.

It appears my browsers may not be caching correctly since this patch.

I will clear my cache and test further. Smile

I personally tested it and it is working just fine.

Perhaps your browser is set to clear cache with each refresh?

Big improvement since Yesterday when it took 3 minutes to enter a match.

Addendum: Well one minute is still a bit slow of course; however, I believe this last part the ISP (internet service provider) is to blame -- its been acting up last week. I'll do same test, when I know ISP is giving me superb bandwidth & see how fast it can start a battle.

Yep, as I suspected, it was my ISP causing it to take a minute -- I waited until the ISP stopped being annoying & could play a youtube video without glitching (constantly stopping and restarting) ... and then:

The issue with slow load times has clearly been resolved nicely.

P.S.: Totally irrelevant point: New Cyanish color is now being used for highlight instead of the previously used dark blue color as requested by Fyrr Rolling Eyes

Yup Joyce can be fun.

though always using me as an excuse why she changed something Very Happy

(some may say she changed it because i asked, surely, but.. hehe). Changing colours makes sense anyway for such a prism-y person Razz

Change it more in the future.

Always nice to not have to load for an eternity too.

Ehm. Indeed, fully implemented Vault should have been at least mentioned here. I am sure many players would vote for it to have more priority than most of mentioned features.

K one last question Very Happy

Will those private matches have an option to have no rewards and no consequences? Just as an option to show someone how to do stuff or test something? No rewards, no cp, no heals, no repairs. Would be great to test stuff and teach new players (even better if people could even spectate that sparring mode).
